Sarah Roser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and graduated from Rutgers University with a Master’s in Social Work. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families through different roles within the NJ Childrens’ System of Care. Sarah’s fourteen years of experience includes treatment of depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, anger management, PTSD, complex trauma, school issues, and complicated family dynamics.
Sarah is passionate about helping individuals and families gain insight into their patterns of behavior, improve communication, and achieve personal growth and self-confidence. Sarah provides a welcoming, warm, and nonjudgmental space to help clients work toward achieving their goals. Using a Person-Centered Approach, Sarah works with clients to discover solutions that work best for them. Depending on the presenting issues, she also integrates knowledge and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
