SAP services are a total cost of $1,000 and include the following:

    • A comprehensive face-to-face assessment and clinical evaluation to determine what level of care is needed to work towards resolving issues associated with substance use.

    • Development of an action plan that includes education and/or treatment, along with drug testing.

    • Referrals to assist entry into acceptable programs

    • A follow-up evaluation to determine if the recommended plan of action was successfully complied with and whether clinical progress sufficient enough to return to duty was achieved.

    • Development of a follow-up testing plan after successful compliance allows a return to duty.

    • Recommendations for continuing/after-care.
