Who are we?

Therapy Resources is a multi-specialty group behavioral health practice where private therapists offer their skills and expertise to help people in need of behavioral health and substance use services.  We are located at 25 Lindsley Drive, Suite 300, in Morristown, New Jersey.  We accept and are in-network with most insurance plans. We also offer discounted rates for those with financial hardship.

What do we offer?

Therapy Resources is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. In a warm and supportive environment, we offer a personalized approach to each client's needs while fostering personal growth and development. Our team is experienced in working with families, couples, adolescents, children, and individuals struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, trauma, domestic violence, and addictions. What qualifications do we have?

Our therapists are Licensed as Professional Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors. Our therapists advocate for professionalism in our field by supervising Licensed Associate Counselors as well as interns who are actively enrolled in a CACREP Master's program working toward fulfilling the experience and education requirements of NJ State licensure. Licensed Associate Counselor's and interns are supervised by Approved Clinical Supervisors.

What techniques do we use?

Members of our staff have speciality areas including Trauma Narrative Treatments such as EMDR, Co-Occurring Disorders of Behavioral Health and Substance Use, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and Dialectical Behavior Treatment implementation. We use interventions from Interpersonal therapy, Stages of Change, Motivation Interviewing, and the Psychodynamic approach among others. We determine areas of need and introduce the most evidence based treatment methods to help our clients find improved emotional and behavioral health along with a greater sense of well-being.
