With over 20 years of diversified experience in the fields of education, business, and government service, Pam brings a broad perspective to the field of behavioral health. She has worked with individuals, families, and groups in a community mental health center as a specialist focused on helping people with dual disorders of mental health and substance use problems.
In her current private practice Pam serves individuals, couples, and groups that require help with Mental Health Concerns, Co-Occurring Disorders, Substance Use, Co-Dependency, IDRC Required Assessments and Interventions, and Court Ordered Treatment for Legally Mandated Offenses. She provides a warm, safe, and caring environment for these issues to be addressed.
Pam is a graduate of Rutgers University and has earned MSW, MBA, and Ed.M. degrees. During her studies in the Masters of Social Work program at Rutgers School of Social Work she focused on the treatment of co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance use.
Pam is a client-centered therapist who helps people to reach their full potential by forming a supportive relationship based on active listening, accepting, and understanding. As an equal partner in the therapeutic relationship, she encourages clients to set individual goals for change and supports them as they experience personal growth at their own pace.
