Leading with intent, kindness, and empathy, Christine creates a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for all individuals. Her approach to well-being is holistic with a focus on building healthy therapeutic relationships, making meaningful connections, and establishing a comfortable rapport with her clients. In therapy sessions, Christine uses a variety of counseling modalities with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – helping her clients to change negative thought patterns and modifying behaviors through building healthy coping skills, gaining confidence, and navigating stressors.
As a therapist actively working with adults, Christine specializes in a variety of issues such as life transitions, shame, self-esteem, anxiety, career changes, grief, and relationship issues. An area of particular interest for Christine is supporting those seeking therapy services within the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) population. Her professional background includes a history counseling children, young adults, and parents, addressing issues related to parenthood as well as those specific to teenagers including college exploration and starting athletic careers.
Christine attended Rutgers University for her Bachelor’s degree and graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling from The College of New Jersey. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working in private practice and a School Counselor collaborating with school leaders to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. She focuses on helping students improve academics, resolve conflict, and communicate concerns with parents or caretakers.
When Christine is not working, she stays active, finding rejuvenation in the gym, playing tennis, and running. She also prioritizes relaxation and tranquility in her everyday life, cherishing the time she spends with family and friends.
