Victoria Limongelli, LAC

Victoria is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Montclair State University. She provides individual counseling to a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to older adults, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal and relationship challenges.

Utilizing an integrative counseling approach, Victoria combines person-centered and psychodynamic perspectives, placing emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a key mechanism for change. She believes that effective counseling addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while taking into account the influence of past and present experiences, environments, and cultural contexts on current thoughts and behaviors.

Victoria strives to create an empathic and genuine space where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and make meaningful changes. Along with humor and psychoeducation, she incorporates evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s individual needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing.
