She provides individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. In her work with adults, she is particularly focused on supporting adults with parenting challenges as well as helping younger adults through phases of life transitions.

Philippa has experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, autism, communication issues, and developmental trauma. She uses a strength-based approach to help clients mobilize their abilities and resources. She integrates evidence-based interventions from several theories to facilitate change. She often uses play and creative therapies with children, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness tools, where appropriate. Similarly, in her work with adults, although the treatment is often talk-based, Philippa adapts her approach to help clients meet their individual goals and needs.
