Jillian Andresen, LPC, NCC
Jillian Andresen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She primarily works with young adults experiencing anxiety and self-esteem issues as well as going through life transitions. Jillian provides a genuine, empathic experience with her clients while providing a supportive therapeutic relationship. She is also passionate about working with new parents navigating the different experiences that come with learning how to parent. New parents can experience anxiety and feel overwhelmed. Jillian is committed to walking beside individuals on this journey, providing the support needed to embrace parenthood with confidence and peace of mind.
Jillian graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Towson University. She previously worked as a High School counselor and holds a New Jersey School Counseling Certification. She uses a combination of approaches including person-centered therapy, positive psychology, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
